Women Empowerment Initiative in Collaboration with ASDC & Hero MotoCorp
At Guardian Education Services Pvt Ltd, we believe in empowering communities and driving positive change. In collaboration with Hero MotoCorp, we successfully launched a comprehensive Women Empowerment Initiative aimed at uplifting and supporting women through skill development, education, and employment opportunities.
Through hands-on training, mentoring sessions, and workshops, we equipped 279 Women as EV Technician and Two Wheeler Technician. The collaboration with Hero MotoCorp further enhanced our ability to offer quality learning and mentorship to ensure lasting impact, enabling them to become financially independent and confident contributors to society.

Contributing to Telecom Revolution in India

Creating 5G ready workforce for Telecom Industry, in Collaboration with Telecom Sector Skill Council and Odisha Skill Development Authority (OSDA)
To support rapid  progress in telecom sector and rapid roll out of 5G services, Guardian Education Services has initiated training of 360 youth from Odisha and deploying them in the bourgeoning  industry.
In collaboration with Hero MotoCorp, we successfully launched a comprehensive Women Empowerment Initiative aimed at uplifting and supporting women through skill development, education, and employment opportunities.
Through hands-on training, comprehensive practical learning and OJT, we are working with 360 youth in equipping the  to be Telecom Rigger 5G and Telecom Technician 5G. This would ensure aspirational skills and sustained livelihoods.

Women for Manufacturing: CNC Machine Operator

Client profile: Continental Tires India
Project Overview:  Training and deploying young women in precision CNC manufacturing. Trained 200 as CNC –Operators and placement in numerous manufacturing industries . “Women for Manufacturing” have created the platform through which a group of Girls achieved a better and sound future.
Role:
  • Designed relevant content & curriculum.
  • Mobilize young women from NCR & Karnataka.
  • Training of 320 hours for each candidate with hands-on Industrial experience.
  • Active placement support and achieved 75% placements.

Workforce Development: HEMM Operator Training by OEM

Clientele: Tata Hitachi
Project Overview: To conduct 2 weeks full time residential training of HEMM (Backhoe / Excavator) operators at Tata Hitachi training centre.
Scope:
  • Workmen from multiple Mine and Infrastructure companies
Course duration: 2 weeks / batch (Residential).

Workforce Development : RPL for Coal India Employee

Clientele: Coal India 
Project Overview: To provide upskilling training for existing workforce across mines (both UG and OC), leading to NSDC certification under RPL.
Scope :
  • 3570 workmen Create customized content
  • 17 Mines across Jharkhand, Chhatisgarh, WB
Facilitation: 35 experienced Mine managers, Senior Engineers, Technical Heads etc.
Course duration: 5 Days, leading to SSC Certification.
